O.N.E.
Me and Paulette have decided to name our baby boy Oliver. I personally love the name and she does too. (of course her family insists we are insane, but she’s already written about that)
However, now that we’ve decided to name him Oliver we have a unique opportunity to give him some awesome initials! If only we could come up with a middle name that starts with an “n” his initials will be: ONE
How cool is that?
Oliver N________ Edwards (ONE)
If he has an ear for music he can start a band called O.N.E. and if he wants to start a business he can call it O.N.E Enterprises. You get the point.
Only one problem, we can’t really think of a suitable middle name that starts with “N.” There are the common Nathaniel and Nicholas, but I’m not sold on them yet.
Just looking for that ONE name that will make this abbreviation work. Get it, ONE name… haha, oh well.

North! As in Oliver North.
jk
Just do an “N” middle initial. Congratulations on the baby!
noel, nehemiah, nordstrom *scandinavian, lived by the north river, neo american for expensive department store tastes* noam, nadar (much glee but also some guy blew the whistle once and then ran for president a long time, trying to avoid foreign religions. just plain n. like ulysses s. grant or harry sorry he was democratic s. truman…or coyly nothankyou…yes as his middle name. I dislike nigel and nubile, not consider a big name / complex like napoleon.
Congratulations on your soon-to-arrive baby! You seem to have the same mentality in naming your son as my husband does (for a future son). He wants to name a son “Woodrow Octavius Wilson” so his initials would be W.O.W. I don’t have any good suggestions, but I am sure you will be able to think of the perfect name for your son when the day comes
Best wishes to your family!
You need a good angry name. so make sure its got the flow. I like Nash.you could do Neil. I had a friend high school named Nolan…Also don’t know how much you loved this dude but there was… Bill Nye.
Neil, Newman (like as in Sienfeld? loved that show lol) Nolan, as in the famous Nolan Ryan. Norman, Norm, Norris (its a first name too
@Thatslifekid - lol like Norris, as in Chuch Norris, is a meany hurty name
Neville, Nostradamus?
@MrTrololo - Or you could name him Daniel Oliver Percival Edwards. That’d be pretty dope.
That’s a cool idea! How do you feel about Noah? Or Neil? :)
I like Nick or Nate & Thatslifekid said Nash. A one syllable name sounds good following the 3 syllable Oliver, in my opinion.
Yay baby!
You could do Nigel, Ned, Nipple…
the possibilities are endless
Nelson
I had names for my kids picked out but they all turned out to be the words JEW or COW
Nolan, or Norris!
Congrats!
Congrats! Noah?
Nestor. It was Bob Marley’s middle name.
Nikoli, Niles, Norman, Neo (goofy I know).
@QuantumStorm - hahah Nipple wins!
@seladore - And now I want to have a child and name it Frederick Ulysses Christian Kerrigan.
This is interesting, my communications class is actually discussing the significance and impact that names have on people’s personalities and lives. Notordame is the only name I could think of on my own
Use the power of Google
Oliver Nathan
hmmmm….
I have always been inclined towards Neil, Noel, or Noah. Good luck finding the perfect name!
Nolan, Neale, or Nash.
I love the name Oliver. I would totally name my son that.. if my mom didn’t steal the name for her cat.
NOLAN
Oliver Nolan Edwards,
no doubt, classic, and a power name. Smooth and sonically pleasing, with just the right combination of syllables.
@Thatslifekid - im really liking Oliver Nash, it sounds cute
@Grannys_Place - I agree!
