Batman shooter is nuts
I can’t stop watching the news, its completely disturbing.

Christopher Nolan and the executives at Warner Brothers need to be charged as accessories. Hollywood finally needs to pay the price for the violence they inspire.

@grim_truth - The existence of violence before is not an excuse to perpetuate it. As the Gabrielle Giffords shooting showed, violent imagery inspires viollence. Just as they should have charged Sarah Palin with that shooting, the director and producers of this film should be charged for this one.
@SKANLYN - Still holding on to that, huh? Even though Plenty of democrats used crosshairs and targets in ads and literature as well? And that Laughner had been stalking Giffords since 2007, before Palin even entered the national scene? Do us all a favor and actually educate yourself before you speak.
@grim_truth - Crosshairs have a completely different meaning when they’re being used by the gun toting nuts in the GOP. Loughner had connections to both the white power group known as the Tea Party and the anti-abortion terror organization known as Operation Rescue. Both are known for their adoration of Sarah Palin and both are willing to do anything on her behalf (including removing a liberal Democrat from Congress by any means they deem necessary).

What happened to actually holding people accountable for their actions?
You would think that the world must have been an incredibly peaceful place before the media got involved and started showing it all the time.

@SKANLYN - Oh, I see… so two groups can do the exact same thing, but it’s different, just because you said so. Actually, Loughner had leftist ties. His favorite books were Mein Kampf, the Communist Manifesto, and even former acquaintances said he leaned left. But that truth doesn’t matter to folks like you. So what if someone dies, as long as you can blame the opposing political party, right?
Loughner was a nut case, and I’m sure the same will come out about this guy. No partisan politics, just pure lunacy.

@SKANLYN - If you like, you can take my TV and cable box and check the history of how often I watch Fox News. (Hint: it’s never) Just because I have refused to allow myself to be blinded by partisan bullshit, don’t get mad at me. Loughner was not a Tea-Party’er nor a OWS psycho. He had an axe to grind with Giffords because she wouldn’t answer his question of something along the lines of “how do you defend gov’t workers who can’t describer their jobs when words don’t exist” or some such nonsense. He asked her that back in 2007. The Palin Crosshairs had NOTHING to do with his shooting. If they did, then Clinton is to blame for the Iraq war for calling his campaign headquarters the “war room.” According to your logic, that means Bush is not responsible for the Iraq war, but Clinton is.
@SKANLYN - I have been to @grim_truth - house several times and he makes me watch FOX N FRIENDS which he has TIVO’ed. However he is technically correct. If you were to check his cable box history it wouldn’t show FoxNews because it is a Hotbox where he gets all the pay chanel for free. GT is a cool guy but his Life Sized cut-out poster of Steve Doocy in his bedroom is a bit much.
@tendollar4ways - Personally I don’t care that he steals cable (fuck ‘em, another greedy business) but it’s pretty hypocritical given that he’s always singing the praises of businesses who rape the working people. He doesn’t think they should have to give back yet there he is stealing from them.
