EPA using drones to spy on cattle ranches…
Am I the only one who thinks the EPA needs to be shut down and it’s leaders returned to the psych wards from where they came?

The EPA has long outlived its usefulness. We should also build a special rubber room for psychotic journalists who have fun destroying people while hiding behind the 1st Amendment.
No, you’re not the only one.
If they fly these over Texas, they might get shot down. Some of the paranoid good old boys down here have some impressive eqipment!
The author of the article has a laughably limited understanding of the U.S. Constitution.
@Celestial_Teapot - how so?
@justfinethanku - His ignorance of:
(1) Privacy rights protected by the Cons’t
(2) The warrent of the commerce clause
(3) The usual legal test used in balancing cons’t right against “legitiamte government interests”
@Celestial_Teapot -
1. I’m not sure I follow, unless your talking about the 4th amendment which supports the authors case.2. this clause has nothing to do with the constitution, but was rather a blatant disregard OF the constitution by the supreme court.3. I could write a series of exhaustive texts on my opinion of “government interests”
@justfinethanku - (1) 14th Amendment, not the 4th. (2) It’s in the fucking Cons’t– it is one of the sources of Congressional authority. (3) It’s also a legal standard applied by Federal courts though precedence.
@Celestial_Teapot - The
Fourth Amendment
(
